PLANNING & ZONING INSPECTOR (FULL-TIME)
The City of Berea is accepting applications for the position of PLANNING & ZONING INSPECTOR.
Job Goal
To assist with city planning and zoning and coordination of community development activities. Read, interpret, and consistently apply provisions of the City Zoning Ordinance; organize plat and plan submittals, perform inspections, and maintain records pertaining to the City Zoning Ordinance and approved plans; perform related work as required.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in engineering, design, or a related field combined with two years’ experience in a responsible, directly related construction position, such as foreman. Job experience may be substituted for education on a year-to-year basis for up to two years.
- Valid KY driver’s license.
